NOTE: we have changed our payment policy. A post-dated cheque for the full amount of the spiel must be received to confirm your entry. This electronic form will only hold your spot for 7 days following receipt of
the eMail entry. The cheque will NOT be cashed before the day of the bonspiel. You can leave the cheque as your payment on the day of the bonspiel or if you decide to pay cash that day, the cheque will be
returned. Should you need to cancel an entry PROVIDED you give at least two weeks (14 days) notice prior to the day of the bonspiel your cheque will be returned. If you should cancel within 13 days of the
bonspiel, your cheque will be cashed on the day of the bonspiel ONLY if an alternate team cannot be found to replace your entry. We of course will do everything possible to find a replacement team, but last
minute cancellations impact the whole bonspiel and we are trying our best to prevent this from occurring.!
